Nakosta Yoris is a Franco-Swiss DJ and producer based in Berlin, moving between melodic house, deep and techno with a sound that is at once hypnotic, warm and playful.

A fixture of Berlin's underground since the early 2010s, Nakosta Yoris founded the Lust Bar Berlin in 2014, turning it into a home for late-night electronic music and a meeting point for the city's scene. In 2021 he launched his own imprint, Lust Records Berlin, releasing music that ranges from hip-hop-tinged collaborations to club-ready house and techno.

As a producer he releases both under his own name and as one half of the duo Paul und Smith, with music appearing on labels such as Katermukke and The Deep, alongside his own catalogue on Lust Records Berlin. His latest single, “Kaputt” (feat. Hire Me), is out now on Katermukke, backed by remixes from Frank Muller, Beroshima and Niconé & Dirty Doering — irony, destruction and a dash of humor packed into one EP.

Whether behind the decks or in the studio, Nakosta Yoris chases the same thing: grooves that pull a room together and keep it moving until sunrise.
